• The product is composed of a compound chip removal device (the upper chain plate chip removal machine, the lower scraper backwash roller chip removal machine), high pressure center water outlet, backwash intelligent fine filter device, constant temperature water cooler, oil-water separator, precision purification water tank, scroll separator, intelligent electric control box, etc.

  
  

• The device is specialized for precise filtration, chip removal, high pressure center water discharge, refrigeration, oil filtration and other functions of long chip, short chip, fine chip, roll chip, mass chip and other complex working conditions produced by precision machining of cutting fluid. • The working principle is that the mixture of chips and cutting fluid processed by the machine tool is discharged from the chip discharge port into the chain plate machine on the top of the compound chip discharge device, and the long chips, rolling chips and block chips are transported to the chip discharge port through the chain plate machine and fall into the chip collecting car; The fine chips are filtered through the chain plate and flow into the lower scraper chip removal machine through the scraper to the chip removal port into the chip collecting car; After the mixture of chip liquid is precisely filtered through the polygonal drum filter, the net liquid flows into the primary water tank through the water outlet on both sides.
